  • Generate digital QR entry passes and thermal badge slips.

ScanLabs is committed to protecting your mobile connectivity information and choice of communication channels.

"We do not share, sell, rent, or lease mobile numbers or user opt-in consent to any third-party marketing companies, affiliates, business partners, or external sponsors. Your communication preference and phone number data are kept strictly confidential."

Any text messages sent to your mobile phone are routed through official SMS/RCS gateways solely to fulfill transactional event routing, inquiry updates, or portal logins managed directly by ScanLabs.

5. Data Security & Storage (DPDP Act Compliance)

ScanLabs is fully aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. All database nodes are localized within secure cloud nodes in India, utilizing AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We guarantee a complete post-event data wipeout from temporary nodes upon formal request by deployment organizers.

6. User Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, withdraw your consent for future data processing, or request complete deletion of your data.
